The staff was outstandingly accommodating and absolutely kind. Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with 2 queen beds. It offered great service and outstanding food too.

This place has recently been renovated with spacious rooms and a clean bathroom equipped with a shower, hairdryers, and fresh towels, and offers quick check-in and the option for late check-out.

The room had a very comfortable bed. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and the football stadium.

The hotel is very appealing and has comfortable beds. The service is excellent. The location is great, surrounded by various restaurants and near main attractions like the State Farm Center. Hooters is just a short 5-minute walk away for a quick visit.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Champaign. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They made sure I had everything I needed and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, with easy access to all types of restaurants within a five-minute drive. The breakfast included delicious made-to-order omelets, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

There was one small issue with the bathroom faucet in my room, but overall, everything was okay.

Need 2 people at the front desk. 3 couples had to wait a very long time to check in.

The hotel was conveniently located, close to several different restaurants and central to downtown. The room was clean and comfortable, with a newly refurbished feel. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with fresh towels. The service was friendly, with the exception of one staff member. Despite some service issues mentioned in other reviews, the majority of the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast, although it couldn't be enjoyed by one guest due to a misunderstanding, was tasty and offered a variety of options. The view from the room was pleasant, overlooking the surrounding area.

There was a disappointing lack of communication between staff members, causing confusion during check-in and frustration for the guest.

Comfortable, clean, cheerful

The daytime lady at the front desk was not very gracious (the young woman in the evening was charming). And most of all I was disappointed that the hot tub --one of the reasons I selected the hotel-- was out of order the entire three days I was there.

Comfortable bed/room, good shower (water) pressure, nice workout room. Restaurant & bar on premises (convenient). Free internet. Lots of parking.
